"Absolutely amazing location, couldnt be better for the old town. The restaurant view was just so beautiful. The room itself was was not great if you want luxury but as with most city breaks the room is just a bed to sleep in and your out all day exploring."

"The room itself was located close to top of the old town and was connected by >130 steps to the main street. The reception office was located at main street, therefore it is quite impossible for us to seek help and/or communicate with the reception office. I"

"Perfectly located close to Old Town. There are plenty of parking options around, plenty of availability in low season. Accommodation and staff were fantastic, rooms clean and immaculate. Would highly recommend this place for convenience, ambience and location."

"The property was extremely well kept. It was close enough to Old Town and in a great location. The contact was extremely responsive and provided great information that made accessing the property super easy. The only complaint, if any, is that the bathroom is very tight. Not a real problem for us, however those that want a little more space may be a little disappointed with the bathroom. Overall I give our stays 4.5/5 stars. "

"The owner (lady) is friendly and pleasant. The room was more than adequate but did not have a television and the WiFi was okay. The only complaint I have is the 75 meter walk up a hill to access the property. But is convenient to public transportation and restaurants and bars. For the value for my money it was well worth it."

"Host Nikolina was very welcoming & helpful. I opted to have pickup from the airport which helped make arrival stress free. Location is fantastic, as it is just a few minutes easy walk from Pile Gate & bus stop to take me to main bus station for my bus to Split. It was so nice to be able to take a break & refresh between activities, since my room was so close to everything in old town. "

"The host is very nice, as per our request she arranged pick up and drived us to airport when return flight. The fee is reasonable. It looks like Airbnb, share kitchen. The air-conditioner and hot water for shower all are very good. Walk to old town around 30 min, 200 step down the mountain, there are several delicious restaurants"

"Fantastic location close to Pile Gate, the small kitchen was very useful, and you are steps away from a variety of restaurants, shops and the various attractions of Dubrovnik. Room 3 had a very nice view as well! "

"Small quaint hotel right in the middle of Old Town Dubrovnik. Clean. Very small balcony but too hot to even have the door open. Had one torrential rainstorm for almost 12 hours and the roof then leaked. No damage done but it could have had we had our suitcase in the water drop area cause it stained the white towels from the varnish on the wood beams. Hopefully they have fixed the problem. "

"Truly perfect location within the city walls. Short walk with luggage, so that was no an issue. The property itself has only stairs, no elevator, but that was once again, not an issue. Recommendation - because the location is phenomenal, make sure to walk the walls as soon as they open. Wonderful property. "

"The apartment was a really great size, with huge balcony. Very convenient to the tourist bus for old town, and there are various places close to get groceries, food, or enjoy a drink. The host very kindly stayed up for a late check in due to our flight being delayed. Would stay here again. "

"A perfect luxurious hotel in great location. The minute we walked in we were wowed by the ascetic of the hotel, from the fully grown trees in the foyer with glass roof above to the stunning seaview visible from the cocktail bar, restaurants, pool and rooms. The rooms were really comfortable, the food and drinks were delicious, and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. A short walk from old town along a scenic coastal path, this make a great place to relax and enjoy the tourist spots too."

"I wouldnt recommend walking to the hotel with huge bags. Get taxi or bus. It is on a hill, serviced by local buses. But the hotel itself is great, staff fantastic and just close enough (20-30) min walk between Old Town and where all the other hotels are in Lapad (30 mins other directon). Released pleased we books this hotel rather than one further out in Lapad ."
