"Beachfront location. About a 10min walk to the shopping area but hotel provides frew buggy transport. Bit expensive to eat and drink in the hotel compared to local restaurants/bars. Hotel room well stocked with toiletries, hairdryer, coffee machine etc and minibar (but only the water free). Staff are fantastic especially Wallie and Tea. Quieter area of Khao Lak compared to the Bang Niang area but only a short taxi/tuk tuk ride away. "

"The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The pool area was very slippery, felt unsafe every time we stepped out of the pool. Not very convenient for families with babies. No child pool, and the kids club is very small leaving the kids bored. There wasn’t a lot near the hotel you have to take a taxi to the town , 20 min drive usually 400 baht a direction , so 800 both ways. The breakfast was nice addition. Not much alternatives in the area. The beach restaurants only open at 10:00. Also the rooms...

"We loved it! Only bad thing we have to say is we couldn’t stay another night because they were booked. Beautiful, safe, pools are relaxing and shaded for a break from the beach. Their beach is very limited but a block away there is easy access to a huge open beach. Highly recommend this hotel! We didn’t eat there so I can’t say how good the restaurant is but everything else was wonderful. "

"Larger than expected with mostly families. Zillions of children and breakfast mayhem. This is a lovely hotel but maybe not ideal in high season unless you’ve got small children. Most of the guests were Russian. Breakfast is a bunfight although the fare is excellent and the staff are absolutely on point when it comes to turning round the tables. All excursions are extra and the main activity is really to just watch the sunrise and sunset, kayak, swim, and just enjoy the sounds of the first around you.
