"This is a top class hotel and possibly the best I have ever stayed in. It is located about a 3 minute walk from the metro with easy access to all the sights. The staff in all areas are extremely courteous and go out of their way to help for anything. The general ambiance of the public area was relaxed with beautiful decoration. The rooms are spacious and spotless and well designed with gorgeous toiletries. The breakfast is amazing with a vast variety to cater for all tastes from Western to Thai. We ate at the restaurant where the service was first class and also at Vertigo which was an amazing experience. We used the hotel’s transport service to and from the hotel which was seamless. I would highly recommend this as we were coming off a long overnight flight and it made the 40 minute journey a pleasure. Overall this hotel offers the most fantastic value for money and I would recommend to anyone staying in Bangkok."

"The breakfast was fab. Lots of options including my favorite South Indian, Dosa, Idli, Uthappa, etc. The chefs Avinash and Bijendra were freindly and masala chai was a treat from Birendra."

"A well-located reasonably priced big hotel. My room was large and comfortable if a little dated. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Peak time at breakfast was a little crowded. "

"Very good at cleanliness and bellboy are very helpful to carry our luggage as soon as we get into the hotel. Walking distance to the convenient store. But far away from the tourist places or malls. I suggest to the front desk stuff that would tell right away to their guests if want to use the shuttle van and the availability of shuttle drop off date and time because there is just limited guest could able to accommodate. I missed the oppurtunity to take the shuttle van cause there is none slot to the time i want to i should’ve asked when the time i check in. "
