Alors oui il peut y avoir un peu de bruits le soir mais ce n’est absolument pas dérangeant avec les fenêtres fermés et on est au dessus d’un port donc c’est très raisonnable ! 🙁 Dommage que la Clim ne fonctionnais pas très bien mais c’est largement gerable sans 😉"

Attention la climatisation du salon de fonctionne pas et celle de la chambre fait beaucoup de bruit (obligé de l'éteindre pour dormir). Le ménage à été partiellement fait (poubelle salle de bain et toilette non pas été vidés, douche bouchée et traces, vaisselle sale...). Nous avons été obligé d'acheter des produits ménagers (Javel, destop, ect..) et faire le reste du ménage... Vu le prix du logement et des prestations ce n'est pas correct, je ne recommande pas cette location."
