"The stay was absolutely amazing, very attentive staff and beautiful views from the restaurant/ swimming pool. However if you book a ‘city view’ room and you’re on the first floor, prepare to be woken up every morning at 06:30 by the towel/sheet delivery out the front of the hotel. Full disclosure, we complained and were offered to swap rooms if we moved everything by 12pm, but we had one night left and had booked a trip out so didn’t have time to move everything. "

"Very nice stay. Since the property didnt hv lift and the staff saw us with heavy luggages ,they kindly upgraded us to the Trefle room on the ground floor. The room is very spacious and cozy. Will be staying again next when we are around the area"

"Once an elegant property, is now very tired and dated. Its badged up as BW on the marketing material, however there is no sign of BW on the entrance, nor is it up to BW normal standards. The property is in need of immediate upgrading. Now the positives: The staff were all amazing and could not do enough. The pool is excellent. "Perfect get away place for couple!!! Room was spacious and the sea view was gourgeous. Only downside was the expensive breakfast. "

"Second stay in two weeks. Friendly staff. Excellent, copious food in Restanques. Relaxing surroundings with great views. Family room (accept) had super sea views. Saturday breakfasts can be busy with the odd slip up such as cold scrambled eggs. "
