"Set in a beautiful area with direct access to the beach. A huge enclosed garden for our dogs and seating areas following the sun. The property is tastefully decorated and spacious itā€™s well equipped. I personally loved the peace listening to the waves at night, drinking coffee outside watching the sun coming up, long walks on the beach with the dogs. There is a small cafe across the road from the property. Arbroath about 6 miles away so shop before you arrive. A perfect getaway property...

"Overall the cottage is well presented and clean though certain items are showing signs of age and use. Due to COVID 19 the keys were left in the door for our arrival and most equipment in the cottage were self explanatory however a label on the water heater would be an idea. Just a couple of niggling points the shower seat came away from the wall but the handy man acted promptly to rectify the issue and as the cottage is designed to be accessible the loose rugs could be a trip hazard and we had...
