"The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. We asked security guard questions. The firework show was nice from our rooms. The 2nd room took longer to get ready but we had our first room. The people were very nice. "

It’s a family run small operation by the beach and it’s walkable to the main road, where you find everything including a bus stop for those free EV buses to airport! "If you enjoy a laid back, no frills and affordable place away from the crowds in Phu Quoc this is the place for you. We loved our bungalow over the water which had air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a nice shower. Lauren was very welcoming and we felt like we had made new friends. MiMi was a great cook. "This is the best stay in South Island of Phu Quoc through out our 2 nights 3 days vacation. We stayed on the fifteenth floor, and the view is spectacular, with ocean view and kiss-bridge view. You could sit relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the beauty of the town, bridge, cable car, fishing boats, lights show, fireworks, and sunsets."

"Actually, we reserved 3 nights but have no choice but to leave after one night. 1. Management: - So many big spiders, mosquitos, and other bugs. The spiders we saw in the room are found to be venomous from the internet. We could not sleep because of many mosquitos. "Beautiful beach front resort which actually looked just like the photos. Great ocean view from the room with a balcony. Everything was very clean and seemed new. The staff were kind and professional. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed our time at the beach and the pool. Daily breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The free shuttle to and from the airport was extremely convenient. "

"The 4th floor room was good size and comfortable. It had an open concept, with bathroom separated from sleeping and living area by just a thin pull down curtain. I’m never comfortable with that layout, though i see it a lot in hotels. The balcony and view were very nice. The hotel lobby area was large like an airport terminal gate holding people who were just coming and going. Not much character to the hotel itself other than a nice large swimming pool and the balcony view. No landscape to speak of. We enjoyed the fire dance at restaurant just a few meters from hotel. We had a good time in Phu Quoc, and the hotel helped."

Pullman is first rate in all aspects!

"Our 6 night stay at the Pullman was fantastic. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable, the whole resort has a great aesthetic and is perfectly clean. The buffet breakfast was superb, with many ethnicities accounted for, which provided us Canadians with some adventurous options, plus plenty of North American fall-backs. The pastries were delectable, and the various coffees were fantastic. The pool area and beach are chill and there were always chairs available at both. At night the resort was very quiet, which we liked; the Pullman is not for partiers. The service was impeccable and always with a friendly smile. Would highly recommend this resort. Phi Quoc as an island has so many options; we were quite active, and there are still a bunch of places and activities that we didn’t get to!"
