"The location is as good as it gets in Pattaya. The Base is right in the middle of all the action. The property is a condo style with no front reception or daily cleaning in the price. We stayed for a week and I'd stay again. Organising the key and the return was an easy process."

"No reception, no cleaners, no hot water, no kids club like it said, dripping airconditioning, very uncomfortable bed, even worse sofabed for the kids with only 2 sheets and no pillows, 2 towels for 3 people and room falling apart. The pool was amazing tho "

"Nice pool and surrounding area rooms decent size quiet only down side had to pay for electric we used So need to bare in mind when you book here adds on a fare bit to overall cost "

"Great swimming pool for both kids and adults, security there at entrance and building, relaxing and comfy in room with many appliances. Easy access to beach, pattaya and sukhamvit rd."

"בית דירות בן 30 קומות בו נית להגיע עם הכרטיס לדירה שלך רק לקומה בה אתה מתאכסן. אין קבלה בבית הדירות. כל התקשורת מתבצעת ע"י S.M.S או WHATSAPP. למנהל קוראים פטר והוא שולח שליחים מטעמו. ביום השני לשהותנו הוא הודיע בהודעת טקסט כי הוא מעביר אותנו לדירה חדשה. למחרת כאשר עברנו לדירה החדשה הוא גבה מאתנו תשלום על שתי הדירות. מתנהג בצורה מאוד מאיימת. היינו אמורים לשהות במקום 7 לילות. ביום השלישי עברנו למלון חדש, ונשמנו לרווחה. "
