"Staff was super helpful and friendly! Definitely make up for the place. Breakfast was nice as well as bar area in the evening. This hotel is a bit dated in their rooms, specially bathrooms as well as no USB chargers. SPA area is nice, yet lacking free drinking water. Strange shopping facilities inside the building, reminding some Turkish hotels. Overall I'd say this hotel is 3* rather than anything more."

Big yellow stains on bed. Remote control for TV filthily disgusting. Major issue with access to hotel as there is a locked gate which requires a security guard to open to allow entry/exit. Found had to wait multiple times to get into the courtyard area . "

"The hotel was in the best place in Jurmala, only 300 metres from the beach and 200 m from the walking street. The front yard of the hotel was comfortable and it was nice to have a dinner there and the same time watch people walking by. The breakfast was little bit pour."

"The property was very convenient for walking, shopping, and dining. It was clean and seemed to be a very safe neighborhood."

"Very good breakfast served in sky bar, rooms (even best suites) are very basic, large parking, place near old town. Staff at reception hard working."
