"Great place to stay with wonderful views"

"We loved this house… we were here from the US dropping off our fresher at StA and it was just what we needed for family of 4. Very clean with many appreciated supplies (kitchen well stocked and even adaptors for charging devices). Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it’s convenient to food market and bus station. The walk to town center is 20-30 min, and we chose walking every time because it’s such a pretty walk with many options to town through lovely neighborhoods. We took advantage of the...

"Had a wonderful week at the Golf Lodge with my family. The house is perfect for large groups. Family room and kitchen were very comfortable and the views from every room were breathtaking. We had 4 golfers and they found the location convenient for travel to other courses. You must have a car as the house sits about a mile from town(which is small but so charming). My only fault was that other than the master, all bedrooms have twin beds. Would have been nice if there was an option to put beds...

"My family come from Carnoustie area so know it well. We came up from Manchester for a break and a special family gathering . Friends came too who never visited before and they were over the moon with the house and surrounding areas . The Beach BoatHouse made the trip just that little bit more special. Highly recommended."

"Excellent townhouse, right in the centre of St Andrews, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house was spacious and perfect for our family with 3 young children and 2 teenagers. Kitchen well equipped ( although the microwave needs fixing - the control knob is faulty). A lovely family long weekend away. "

"Kevin’s house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We stayed for two nights and the house was a great place to recharge during our across Scotland voyage. Downtown St. Andrews was only 1.3 miles away and many of us took advantage of the close proximity to walk into town and enjoy the nice summer weather. "

"Outstanding place for a St Andrews golf trip for 4 players. Each of the 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are perfect. Kitchen is very modern and well outfitted. Family room comfortable enough for twice the size and there is a cozy outdoor dining area. Walk to dozens of restaurants and pubs and easy 15 minute walk to the Old Course. We even walked over with our clubs on our backs...so easy."
