"l’ours Brun is a great chalet in a great location literally a stones throw from 2 lifts. The kitchen was new and really well equipped. Great dining table that can comfortably seat 16. Living area is spacious and comfortable. There is a large wraparound balcony that is a great sun trap in the afternoon. 4 main bedrooms are small but comfortable - 2 en suite and a separate shower room for the other 2. "Overall a nice chalet and a great position in the village, perfect for our needs. Nice kitchen and large living area with good size table. Great to have 3 showers and plenty of storage for 8 of us. Plenty of hot water and heating works well throughout. We would suggest an update to lounge/seating area but perhaps some lounge chairs. Village has 3 good resturants and bars are good. Well stocked Sherpa shop with fresh bread and all essentials. We will recommend to others!"

We stayed in one of the family rooms, which was perfect for us (with two beds in a spacious upstairs loft). The hotel is perfectly located -- literally across the street from the Dailles gondola (and only about a block from the funicular to the summit). We were a group of 11, being two families (including some of our children's partners) and found the chalet had plenty of space to accommodate us all. "We stayed as a group of 13 adults and 1 child. This is a nice chalet with good size kitchen and rooms. Access to the slopes is directly across a quiet road (less then 100m to the lift). For the price / location / size it worked well for us. The only slight issue is that their is no free bus to any other areas (this meant on the one and rare day the lifts all good shut down we couldn’t go anywhere)."

"We have enjoyed a very good week staying at this chalet in Tignes Les Brévières. We were well looked after by our concierge,Harvey. He was very responsive to all our queries and very helpful. It’s a very comfortable chalet enjoying good views across the valley and is close to the slopes. We were disappointed we were unable to use the wood burner in the lounge. We had looked forward to using that and when I messaged the owner about it, I did not get any response."

"The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

"Such a lovely hotel and the room was much bigger than expected - the balcony was also huge! Reception staff were always so happy to help and extremely friendly. Kitchen was brilliant in the room and we had the pool to ourselves three nights in a row. Would definitely go back. Only downside was the bath plug didn’t seal so would drain. Not a big issue. "
