The West Highland Way passes nearby and Balmaha, 2 miles away, has a pub, restaurant, local shop and is a starting point for a climb up Conic Hill, or you can take the waterbus to Inchcailloch Island. Water sports, golf and fishing are all available locally, and Loch Lomond Shores is just 16 miles for designer shopping, while Stirling and Glasgow are within easy reach for an enjoyable day out.
