"It’s on a golf course so we checked in at the club house. Dining was also there. Slow service. I ordered steak and it was not good. Cheap cut for sure. Our room was about a 7 minute walk from the club house. Not ideal for handicapped ppl but very lovely gardens. Hiking trails. Each bldg had its own parking area and its own entrance to a shared living room area with fridge, fireplace, etc we had a room on the 2nd floor. I think 5 rooms in each bldg. Modern. Spacious. Definitely good for golfers. You pass the castle driving in but you are not near it nor did it look open to the public. "

"This is a pretty large hotel that seems to be popular for corporate meetings. The lobby, lounge and dining rooms are large but very nice. The rooms seem to be quite formula but still good quality, spacious and comfortable. We were very happy to be able to enjoy the formal gardens adjacent to the hotel. It was quite beautiful even this late in the year. A great stay."

"This property is magical! From the moment we drove up, we were in awe! We love the property’s Hailey and everything it has to offer. My husband and I had dinner at Preston’s and WOOOOOW!!!!! The steak was by far the best I’ve ever had, and I am a foodie! Everything was cooked to perfection! We also went to the spa, and it was the best and much needed r&r my husband and I could ask for! I can’t wait for us to return."

"The location is marvellous. A local walk was identified, this passed local landmarks and was its own reward after a long drive. The rooms are great, however dining is limited and carries pricing fitting the calibre of resort. The staff are friendly, the surrounding a real treat."
