"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"Nice place to stay for an early flight in Palermo. Cannot check in until 3:30pm though - so keep this in mind if adding the stay on to your full trip. It was well worth the wait, though, for the beautiful pool, pasta dinner, and free shuttle to the airport at 3:30am (and coffee and Cornetta!)"
