"The property is indeed unique- a very modern and nicely fitted out hotel, hidden away in a crumbling atmospheric palazzo. My bed was comfortable, my water hot, my sockets all working. It fely very safe, breakfast was nice, the staff excptional. Very close to the station, but on a main street in the old city. Only disadvantage: no lift. So for people who can't do stairs, it's ill advised. I loved the hotel and would certainly choose it again."

"Oh my. What a delight!! I took a fall in Palermo (on my face) so we wanted someplace peaceful to relax and heal for a few days. This was it!! Our room was amazing. The spa was phenomenal!! "There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
