"Stefano at the front is the best! Thank you for being so kind and helpful during our stay!! The hotel has a restaurant or there’s local ones that offer shuttle to come pick you up and drop you off. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve seen in a long time with a large variety of items - pretty much any breakfast thing you can think of. I still think of the food! Also the shuttle service to the airport makes the hotel very convenient for Quick layovers or early departures. "

"I booked a hotel in Milan for my friends, for their honeymoon as surprise. On Sunday, two days before their departure, the hotel messages me to say that there is a fault with the junior suite and they are providing another room (a downgrade). Of course I was not happy with this as what I paid for was a junior suite and more importantly, the room was not for me - it was for their friends for their honeymoon. I asked them to refund the difference, as the room they were providing was a lot cheaper...

First when i asked for an upgrade he said there was no disponibility with the worst attitude, later his boss Thea said there was an upgrade. The worst: he approached me because i am Hispanic and said where are you going I said to my room he said ive never seeing you here i said did you forget yesterday. He target me. All employees say his attitude is awful and even the manager Thea said he will report him. I wont let this situation go...

"We had a great experience at this hotel. The check in process was simple and easy, and the room we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. The two days we stayed we enjoyed their complimentary breakfast and also were able to go to and from the train station within walking distance. Our only issue was the air conditioning system, the room can be a little more cooler as we had to open the window to keep the room cool. Overall it was a great stay and will stay again in the future.
