"We checked in and the room we booked felt like a dark closet. I immediately called the front desk and asked for an upgrade. We paid the difference and were very happy with our ocean front room. I would have been very disappointed if we had to stay in the first room. "

"We had suite behind the main hotel building. The room itself feels and looks like it was used to be an apartment with granite counter top, 4 gas burner, a spacious bedroom and luxury vinyl plank throughout. It has drip coffee surprisingly Starbucks quality. The bathtub had a whirlpool jet no longer functional and has been refitted with thick padding around it making it harder to get in and out. I would pick a different room just for the better shower access experience. Slight noise at midnight....

"The property is in a wonderful location. The property was very clean, but needs a lot of maintenance. the windows rattled with the breeze which made sleeping difficult. Some of the light switches did not work. The heater would not come on no matter how many times we tried to turn it up on the thermostat. The slider door does not close all the way and there is no way to lock it."
