"We did not expect that the condition of the room is such. The room was not prepared for occupancy. The sink was not cleaned. The same with the bathroom with no toilet paper. The TV cannot be operated using the remote that we have to call the office for help. We are supposed to stay for 4 nights but has to checked out the next day because of the unfavorable condition. "They advertised free Wi-Fi which is one of the critical requirements for me to pick a resort. But when I got there I found out that there wi-fi was turned off indefinitely and they acted like it was nothing. I work a lot, and vacations are really important to me. But because of my business I can't really take off for a vacation if I can't connect via Wi-Fi."

Great Service and Proximity

"The standout feature of our visit was certainly the exceptional service. The reception and the breakfast staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. However, it’s worth noting that the room we were in, the layout was quite strange and not as functional as we have hoped. Some areas felt cramped, and certain furniture placements made it difficult to navigate comfortably. Additionally, we found the street noise to be disruptive, particularly during the night. While this is often a factor in city hotels, we were hoping for better soundproofing considering the price point. If you are sensitive to noise, we would recommend requesting a room away from the street. Overall, it was a good 2 night stay , considering the excellent staff and the proximity of the hotel to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and alike."
