"From the moment we walked up, we felt so welcome and comfortable. The manager was incredible at arranging all of our experiences from local temples to the elephant safari and an amazing massage. Food and beverage service is personal and accommodating. We loved the plunge pool at our room, especially after the amazing climb to see Sigiriya Rock! Incredible staff, tranquil property- loved every minute- the peacock even put on a show when we left! "

"The overall experience is on another level. The design and architecture are amazing, with lots of wildlife around the property. The staff are exceptionally professional. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options, all of which were delicious. One tip: try to avoid the busiest times for breakfast and dinner, as it can get very crowded and noisy. Take some time to walk around the property and immerse yourself in the nature and architecture created by Geoffrey Bawa."

"We had an amazing stay at Jetwing Lake. What a beautiful and unique property with a stunning pool! It was so easy to visit Sigiriya and the Eco Park from there. The staff were amazing. And the food was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets each night. A very big thanks to the amazing staff who always went out of their way to make out stay even more amazing: Imantha, Ekanayake, Shan, Ashada, Kasun, Udithi, Halangoda, Madushan, Trileeshiya, Gimhani, Priyantha, Rizky, and the best from the housekeeping team, Sampath. "This is a really chilled, small resort that is a great base for all the sight seeing and activities in the area. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy walk into the nearby village, there's a great market there some days."

"Loved our stay at Eden Garden whilst visiting the cultural triangle. Room clean, comfortable and spacious. All of the staff were excellent. Helped us organise trips in the area (Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya and Eco-park safari) as well as onward transport to our next destination. Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner was served with a smile and tasted amazing. Highly recommend rice and curry (various choices), served with different vegetable side dishes and sambal. We didnt feel the need to dine anywhere else the food was so good. Hotel also offered laundry service which was reasonably priced. Convenient location, 10 minute walk to Dambulla centre where you will find a choice of banks, Cargills supermarket and various shops."
