No towels changed in the room even if we left the dirty ones on the floor, the hotel manager or any employee didn't know how the room safe worked, the fridge in the room wasn’t working and was replaced just the last day. "Horizon 117 is a hotel that does the job if you just need somewhere to stay for the night or two. It isn't luxury but it does the job. The staff are friendly although they speak very little English. The hotel is well equipped with iron/restaurant and pool. "
