"We had a great stay at Aqua overall. The staff were friendly and effective, always happy to help and made us feel welcome from the start. The property itself is spacious and offers excellent access to a quiet beach, which was a definite highlight. Dining, however, was a real downside. There seemed to be many supply issues, with quite a few items unavailable during our stay: though amusingly, many of them could be found at a stall just outside the property! I struggle to understand why the hotel...

"The room was very clean and big, we were given a 3 -bedroom unit which worked well for a family of 4. We looked forward to the free buffet style breakfast everyday. There were so many choices and offered different menu daily. They were delicious. It is a beach front hotel and close proximity to the shopping mall and other restaurants. Excellent service drom all staff, but I want to mention Jane from the reception, she was the one who assisted with our check in and it went very smoothly. ...

"Complimentary Breakfasts were amazing, best I've ever had. Thanks Tony! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location of Joni's was great 30 seconds from beach. Transfer was very well organised. A couple of little things - include black tea in condiments. Only local Filipino TV would be good to add international TV channels - BBC etc. And safe couldnt fit my laptop but staff looked after my laptop each time i left the hotel. Generally the hotel was excellent and I had a great stay"
