The owner's knowledge and communication helped us plan for an unforgettable family adventure. We enjoyed our guide/driver Antonio's efforts and company so much we shared dinner together one night. Although new to his role, he will become an outstanding guide. He took the extra effort of making sure we had plenty of photographs of our group to remember the experience. "We loved our stay at Casa de Lis, from the host’s welcome and assistance with parking to a late evening drink on the roof terrace. The hotel is simply but tastefully decorated and our room - with small balcony- provided everything we needed for a comfortable night at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended "

"The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. We ordered two lobster dinners and were served shrimp. When we stole the waitress that we ordered lobster and got shrimp, she looked at our plates and said, "no, that is lobster." I said no it is not and so did my grandson. Then she came back and said they could correct only one plate. I said, "how is that reasonable? We ordered two lobster plates and got shrimp. Why wouldn't you correct both?" It was a big to do and by the time I got my dinner, I had lost my appetite. Both the shrimp and lobster were over cooked."
