"I love this property!! To start with, I communicated with the hotel via Expedia messaging prior to my trip and Pestaña always responded and quickly at that. Upon arrival, I was able to check-in early which was much appreciated after a 15 hour journey. The staff was so nice at check-in and also throughout my stay. I called down once during my visit for some more Nespresso pods and housekeeping brought them to my room within five minutes. That is the kind of service Pestaña provides. The hotel was in the BEST location. I booked this hotel not knowing any of the neighborhoods but consider my self lucky for stumbling upon this gem. There no noise concern. Lastly, the hotel was absolutely adorable. My room was decorated beautifully and spacious enough for two people. Like I said, I love this hotel! I already made another reservation with Pestaña for another stay in 2 weeks…but this time in Spain!"

"We would highly recommend this hotel for so many reasons. Staff very friendly. Very clean. My hairdryer in the room broke and someone came immediately with a replacement. Toiletries all provided. Towels in the bathroom were slightly “tired” but this did not spoil our stay. Breakfast was excellent. They provided freshly cooked eggs to your liking along with scrambled and boiled at the buffet and a wide selection of continental pastries, Portuguese tart, fruits, breads, meats, cheese, salad, salmon etc. the service was also good at breakfast. The beds were really comfy and although the hotel is on a “main-ish” road we didn’t hear a thing. The room temperature was easily controlled and we slept like logs! Thank you Eurostars! Amazing price for the standard. We loved it. "
