"Loved the pool, very nice hosts, great breakfast, room was nice, however the description of amenities is not accurate - there was not air conditioning in the room, or is there a restaurant or pool side bar, which left us stuck for lunch when enjoying the pool. We booked a rook with river view but did not receive it. That all being said we did enjoy the place - but just beware or what is not accurate "

"Our stay at Quinta da Ermida was overall fantastic. There were 5 of us staying in the 3-bedroom apartment, which was its own house with separate entry and private bathroom for each room. The view was gorgeous of the river and the train, and the property was beautiful to venture and take in the amazing views. "Charming property with a beautiful view. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel "at home". The place is very clean! Tip: don't escape the breakfast: it is divine!!!!!! I cannot wait to go back! And yes, I will stay in the same location :)"

"Great and very spacious house. We were a total of 10 people and had plenty of space. Every room had a bathroom which is great. Heater took a little while to heat the rooms so we bought wood to put in fireplace which was not provided. Property manager/host was responsive when we had an issue with the electrical circuit that kept tripping. She sent someone right away. Nice orange and lemon trees on-site. I would stay here again. "great accommodation but SO hard to find. the directions given in the confirmation mail and googlemap is so out it is not funny. we had to ask directions on 3 occasions after we reached the spot indicated by googlemap. it would have been a lot simpler if the future guests are directed to the RTA sports ground along the same road as this is where the reception lies. also no wifi in the studio."

"The property has an attractive top floor and good seating outside and lovely views of the Douro. It’s billed as being ideal for families who want to holiday together but have their own space but this isn’t really the case.
