"I loved my room. It was very spacious and had everything I needed space wise. AC was nice and cold/adjustable. Bathroom was well stocked with towels. Floors were a bit on the dirty side int room but I just wore slides in the room to counter. I wipe down my rooms with disinfectant wipes when I arrive and I have to say nothing really picked up on the wipes, even the bathroom floor! I wish more free amenities were included such as breakfast but the beach and small pool area were cool. The gym was small but empty most of the time. The pool is also very small but I spent more time outside rather than in the hotel area. The coffee shop inside the hotel was delicious but the food wasn't great. The restaurant in the hotel is delicious. Overall I really liked this hotel. The staff was very nice and flexible. I had an issue with a noisy neighbor at 1-2am and they took care of it within 10 minutes for me. "

"I will definitely be coming back to this hotel, staff, service, and cleanliness is 10/10. Something to know beach is in walking distance and there’s a pharmacy in walking distance on the way to the beach that has all essentials that you may need. The restaurants inside the hotel have amazing sea food 10/10. The mofongo is amazing there too. For the picky eaters, there’s wings, burgers, fries, quesadillas also by the pool area. Also free breakfast, and 2 free drinks a day during happy hour. When you go to the beach look for the orange umbrellas, those are the hotels, you don’t have to pay a rental for the chairs!"

"It was so beautiful the staff were so welcoming and everyone there was so helpful I must say that even after check out it was the fasted refund for incidental fees . I have stayed in a few hotels in PR but this one is my favorite I will be returning here again ."
