"Mixed feelings about this hotel. Could have been much better if the room was bigger. Really lovely welcoming staff and bar lounge & restaurant was lovely too but the rooms were just WAY too small. Lovely colour scheme and was clean but just too small which made it hot and the bed was extremely uncomfortable bed. I hadn’t anticipated that all the rooms would be outside. "

"There were literally massive bugs crawling all over the bed in the room. The room was very messy and dirty and not ready to receive anyone. We had arrived exhausted and were even ready to tolerate the mess and spent an hour trying to kill the bugs the huge bugs and beetles that were attacking my young daughter. We were going to wait until morning to get our place changed. But as it got worse and worse after three hours, we finally had to have an emergency move to another place at 2:30AM....

"The property was nice and clean. The employees were very nice. The one issue I had was with the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was on time but the driver was very rude. We were leaving from terminal 1 and asked the driver to drop at that location. The drive instead dropped at terminal 2 and basically told us to find I own way. If I were the manager of the property I would differently hire a new driver or at least monitor the driver's attitude. "
