"We loved the farmhouse. It was immaculately clean, with a well-equiped kitchen. You could easily use it with two families since there are two kitchens, multiple bathrooms. It is located next to a working agricultural company so there is some tractor and car traffic right in front of the terrace. It did not bother us but it may be dangerous with small children. That was the only negative I could think of. Super accommodation!"

"Das Haus liegt in einer Schlucht am Ende des Dorfes. Wer die Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist in dieser Lage gut aufgehoben. Allerdings müssen an der Ausstattung des Hauses dringend Erneuerungen vorgenommen werden. Sehr alte Möbel und die Räume sind ausgesprochen finster. Besonders die Küche und das Bad Bedarf einer Überholung. In der Küche findet man nur alte, minderwertige Dinge. Weder Wasserkocher noch Toaster ist vorhanden. Aufgrund der Lage am Bach und Waldrand ist man den Insekten ausgesetzt."

Roberto and Alicia are very helpful and are very respectful for you privacy. The region is perfect for hiking and mountain biking, and the restaurants and shops are not very expensive. So I would truly recommend this place is your into the true Italian rural /nature experience . We will definitely come back."

Very good communication before we went and property manager on hand if we needed anything during the stay. There are some lovely hilltop towns within 30 mins of the property, Arezzo is an hour away and there are restaurants and a supermarket 10 mins away. Can thoroughly recommend!!"

"We enjoyed a one night stay here. The room was comfortable for my family of 5. We enjoyed the onsite swimming pool. One reason why we stayed here was to be close to Florence. We were rewarded with a straight shot right into the east side of the city in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday night. We lucked out and found parking just outside the city center. Upon our return, we used our room key to reenter the building and our apartment. One thing to note is there is steep hill from the parking area...
