"The hotel was perfectly located for the centre of Palermo without being in the thick of it. Nice quiet area around the designer shops with eating in short walking distance. The airport shuttle stops right outside! The hotel is super clean with a stocked fridge and hairdryer. TV mostly in Italian but didn’t bother us as hardly there! There’s a kettle and coffee machine but suggest you bring your own tea bags. The mini mary to the left is perfect for water and beers! Roman is very friendly. Staff were very friendly and pleasant, especially at reception and give you all the info you need. Don’t bother with the free Prosecco as it’s half a glass but the views from the top are impressive. Overall great stay and will be back! "
