Being an old warehouse space, just make sure whoever is in the other bedroom is on the same sleep/wake schedule as the walls/doors don’t have a lot of sound insulation and glass at top of walls let’s light into the bedrooms from living area. No parking with into but not too hard to find somewhere close by if needed."
