"Extremely comfortable home for a group of friends. Beautifully decorated with furniture suitable for the age of the house but with modern amenities that complimented it. Distance from the harbour and restaurants was easily solved by a mixture of walking or taxi or uber. We would be delighted to return to this place again. Our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. "Fantastic views of the Derwent River and bridge from both the lounge and kitchen. The property itself was old and tired and in need of updating. No instructions on how to work oven, microwave etc. It had been cleaned prifessionally but not very well, a dust, hoover and wipe down of surfaces. There were cobwebs up and down. We also had problems gaining entry to the property (even though the rental was fully paud for) due to a very stubborn letting agent."
