"Nice place, not fancy, clean, good parking. Decent location, you need a car. Pisa has very poor transportation. No uber, good luck getting a taxi."

"Unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. First of all the pool was closed and there were no sunbeds available. The beach was also closed so it was difficult to sunbath, which my wife likes to do other than sitting on a chair. When we complained about this we were told that the season closes on the 15th of September, We were no aware of this, if we were we would not have booked it. Also there were no supermarkets within walking distance the nearest was about at 5 kilometres away, so...

"It is a fours stars resort, but this is not the case. The hotel is clean, the room big, the breakfast is very good. However it is an old structure that was renewed, but everything is essential not luxury at all to be rated as four stars"

"The property is convenient for visiting Pisa city centre and the tower. The staff at the property were very friendly. The property was clean and so was the pool and pool area. The pool is great, although it does close at 7pm which is typical for Italy, although if you’ve been visiting the city during the day, longer pool opening would be advantageous. The problem with this place is that there’s literally nothing there, there’s a restaurant in the evenings, which I have to say is brilliant....

"Great stay in a great location away from the hustle of the city. Bus stops connect you very quickly with Pisa, and you can walk to all shops and beaches within a few minutes. Loved the layout of the apartment, would definitely recommend. "

"Found it quite easily to the rear of hotel continetal, excellent restaurant down stairs called Beny’s "

"The property is delightful, and the amenities in the adjacent hotel, pool, spa, bar and restaurant very pleasant. On the down side the bar was poorly staffed on both evenings during our stay with one staff member being expected to cope with coach parties, restaurant orders and provide table service from the bar. Thankfully she was very courteous and we were patient 👍."

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

"Had a week here and loved it. Pisa 20 mins, Montecatini 15 mins, Firenze 40 mins. Great for exploring Tuscany and even better for just relaxing. Can't fault the accommodation, service, friendliness of the staff. Great prices as well. Everything was great and will return soon."
