"I had the best experience here. I had come here with a group 22 years ago at age 13. I had wanted to relive and reminisce being at the castle and my experience was just as it was 22 years later at age 35!! "Amazing small countryside hotel in Tuscany, a medieval 14th century castle like setting with 15 rooms, pool, and small lounge, friendly staff, with limited services, but wifi/ac worked, pool area was nice, as was the grounds, just off autostrata, minutes to grocery, casual dining, outlet mall and the views were of the stunning Tuscan countryside and mountain towns. "A gorgeous small (only 14 rooms?) boutique hotel, tucked away in a wooded valley, between Gaiole and Radda-in-Chianti, Only a 5-10 minute drive from both towns, but could be on another planet, it is so tranquil. Lovely public areas and rooms, with an outdoor pool (early in the season, so too cold to use when we stayed), jacuzzi and sauna. A nice restaurant on site, so you don't need to worry about drink/driving with all the wonderful local wines on offer. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Hope we can stay there again sometime!"
