"The checkin at the hotel was the worst ever. I arrived at 8pm. Checkin closes at 7pm. I had no warning of this. There was no after hours number, no service at all. I was left outside hotel in pouring thunder storm. I had to go find another hotel room for the night. When I talked to the manager about my situation he was quite belligerent. It was all my fault.
