Wir hatten mit unseren zwei Kindern einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt (4Nächte) im Steiger Appart Hotel Bad Schandau. Der Service war einwandfrei, das Personal sehr freundlich, zugewandt und serviceorientiert. Das Frühstück war umfangreich mit einer großen Auswahl und gut organisiert. Das Familienzimmer (großer Wohn-Schlafraum, Flur, kleines Kinderzimmer mit Stock-Bett, geräumiges Bad) war sehr tadellos sauber und gemütlich. Auch W-lan funktioniert gut, um abends mit der Familie einen Film zu gucken. Einen halben Punkt Abzug gibt es dafür, dass zunächst in Kinderzimmer und Flur die Heizung und im Bad die Fußbodenheizung nicht funktionierte. Auf unsere Anmerkung dem Servicepersonal gegenüber wurde dies aber noch am gleichen Tag behoben (Außer die Fußbodenheizung im Bad - die funktionierte weiterhin nicht - aber das ist wohl auch ein Problem, welches u.U. nicht sofort und im laufenden Betrieb behoben werden kann.) Einen weiteren halben Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Enge des Parkhauses - mit einem PkW, der größer als Golfklasse ist, war es echt eine Herausforderung ein- oder auszuparken. (Ggf. kann man das Auto stehen lassen, denn ab Bad Schandau gehen auch Busse oder eine Historische Tram, die Kirnitzschtal-Bahn, die bis zu beliebten Wander-Ausgangspunkten oder Ausflugszielen fahren). Ansonsten ein grandioser Aufenthalt, den wir sehr gern wiederholen möchten.

Gefallen hat der Außeenpool und die Terrasse. Weniger, dass eine Woche nicht geputzt wurde und Putzmittel angefragt werden mussten. Frühsücksbuffet jeden Tag gleich. Leider wenig Ideen.

Ok mit Stärken und Schwächen
Die Zimmer sind ok ubd ganz nett, das behindertengerechte Bad mit Haltegriffen ist jetzt aber nicht so toll fürs Urlaubsfeeling. Frühstück war ok, toll waren die Marmeladen ubd die Teesorten. Den Preia mit 170 euro war die Unterkunft aber nicht wert, dafür kommt kein Urlaubsfeeling auf und der Pool ist eher trostlos .

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Bad. Möglichkeit sich selber was zu machen. Minus Es gab nur eine Decke und ein Kissen. Ebenso gab es keine Schreibutensilien. Frühstück gibt es erst um 8 Uhr. Kein Angebot für Frühaufsteher in Form eines Lunchpaket

Sehr Sauber und wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer, als junger Mensch war aber eines etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig das Rollstuhl gerechte Bad. Ich finde gut das es sowas gibt aber als junger Mensch, hätte ich lieber ein anderes zimmer gehabt. (meckern auf hohen Niveau) ^^ sonst hat alles gepasst :)

Super freundlich, super chic
Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir direkt namentlich begrüßt und umfassend mit allem vertraut gemacht. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und verströmt eine herzliche Atmosphäre. Das Design der Zimmer lädt definitiv zum Wohlfühlen ein und gibt einen das Gefühl zu Hause zu sein. Bad behindertenfreundlich. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes keine Zimmerreinigung (2 Nächte), das fanden wir etwas irritierend. Die Rezeption ist auch nicht dauerhaft besetzt, wer von einem Tagesausflug zurück kommt, trifft nach 17 Uhr nicht an jedem Tag noch jemanden an. Das Hotel hat einen großen ebenfalls schön durch designten Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstück selber ist ok, hat jedoch noch Verbesserungspotential (süße Komponente wie Kuchen, Gebäck, mehr Joghurtvarianten und ganzes Obst). Im Sommer betreibt das Hotel sogar einen Pool. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.
