"Not sure where to even start with this hotel, I travel extensively with work and finding accommodation where, as a solo female, traveller you feel safe is rare. I literally cannot fault this hotel. The staff were absolutely outstanding, room was the cleanest I have stayed in in a very long time. Food the restaurant was lovely, huge portions so three courses are a no- I can understand why it’s so popular with locals. "I have to say, the deluxe family apartment was clean and great location. Although the pillows were not comfortable. And originally we had 5 going, but the apartment would not fit 5 comfortably. There's 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and the bathroom is in the bedroom. There's another single bed and a pull out couch where the kitchen and table is. So the space would have been extremely tight. My biggest complaint was the service. Due to a family emergency, there was 5 of us suppose...

"I have booked a room with a private bathroom for 2 days and when i was there the bathroom was damaged i had to use a common bathroom. The shower is private but too small. "
