"Very good location, clean and all basics provided, however the plates and cups could do with replacing, as a lot of them are chipped and not matching. I arrived late, in the dark, and luckily my son lives in the apartment block next door so he got the key for me from the hausmeister. There is no obvious hausmeister office outside, he lives inside the block, so you would need to know which number he is in to press the buzzer for entry, and that was not provided. Also, no towels or tea towels are...

"So far this 8s the best prop3we stayed at during our Europe road trip. The place is just amazing, super clean and very well maintained. Great amenities and the shower is amazing. The property is located in the center of a small village, so you have some restaurants and even a supermarket with anything you might need. The balcony and the view is breathtaking. "Great apartment to stay during our ski trip for a week. We, a family of four, enjoyed our stay very much as everything we needed was there. The location is a bit uphill from Kaprun center. It is about 15 minutes to walk but you can always take your car and easily park almost anywhere you want. The cooking facilities, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer makes it a very comfortable stay."

"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "
