"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. "The front desk waited for us until we arrived at 8:00 pm which was very nice of them and we had 2 rooms close to each other. There were a few restaurants and many sports shops a walking distance from the hotel. When we arrived to the second floor with the elevator, we found out that we have another 6-7 stairs to climb with the language to get to the rooms…. The bathroom in one of the rooms was tiny and there was not any body soap or shampoo in both rooms. The worst part was that every 15...

"We loved staying here, the owners were super friendly and booked restaurants for us. Everything is brand new and lovely and clean. The sauna with a view is fab and feels quite luxurious. The lounge is really nice too. Ski bus stop is really near and there's a boot room with plenty space. A 15 min walk to restaurants in the evening as it's not right in the centre but we enjoyed it. Or you can use the kitchen to cook if you want to. "

"We chose this hotel for the second time. Half-board was good. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Room was ok, the equipment a bit older, but the view was amazing. Parking in a parking house next to the hotel - higher cars as ours have to use the upper entrance which is about 5 minutes drive (no signs, receptionist told us where to go). "
