"House & property described to a tee! Our son is a student athlete at D&E and was unable to leave for spring break so we went to him. It was exactly what we expected. WV experienced all four seasons in one week. It made our stay even better. We walked the river on the warm days, admired the sleet, hail and snow on the others. Enjoyed the hot tub & the heated bathroom floors. Will come back for some kayaking in the summer. Loved it! Ohhhh and the beds are comfy! Thank you!"

"Hickory House is the perfect place for our multigenerational family/friends group to reconnect and enjoy some snow fun. The house is great, with extra kitchen space and a perfect table for meals or game nights. The hot tub is a relaxing treat after a day of skiing. "We absolutely LOVED staying here! Shannon was super communicative and the house is exactly as described. It is up to date, very open, comfy, super clean! It snowed and was very cold while we were here, but the house stayed warm and cozy. It has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need, huge dining room table for gatherings, huge sectional to relax at the end of the day. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the back deck.....I can't even tell you how awesome that thing is! ...
