"Great communication very friendly, even came by to check and see if we needed anything. Perfect location right off the bay to relax with coffee and a view. Short walk to the beach access in front of condos. Some free parking at the entrance of RV park so you don’t have to walk through the neighborhood with all your bags. Little island playground/ beach access couple min away with bathhouse and rinse station. Parking was $4 but definitely worth it. Nature reserve is also very close. Nice walking...

"This is our second time staying at this KOA. This time when we checked into our cabin - it was disgusting. Tons of dead bugs and hair in the bathtub and all over the floors, bunk bed had trash all over it but after I spent an hour cleaning up we had a nice time. "

"Loved this location. Right next to state park and just across the street was access to beach. The street is busy, just have to be careful and patient. The side we stayed on had 3 big bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Make sure to bring paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and garbage bags. It was very clean and a very cute cottage. We loved our stay there."
