"We checked into to the hotel on Sunday, October 1st after a 5 hour drive. The self check-in worked fine and we retreived our key. However, upon entering the room, we discovered that the room had not be cleaned from the prior guest. "We really enjoyed our stay with Ingrid and Helmut. They truly care about the guests who stay with them. Ingrid took extra time to find times for local tours we were interested in and looked up and printed out the details for our train out of town.
