This hotel is amazing! The staff is amazing and really helpful. The hotel is located right on the main square and super close to the lagoon. This is a no frills hotel but was really clean. The hammocks were a nice touch. Will definately be staying here when I come back to Bacalar!

Mal servicio ya que como ustedes no me cobraron Yo procedí a pagarles a la tarjeta que ellos me indicaron y ahora recibo amenazadas de parte de ellos cuento con mi comprobante de pago en Línea que hice a esa tc y aún así me amenazan. Además que el hotel no cuenta con una entrada directa tienes que pasar x un minibar y ver cada espectáculo desagradable . El trato recibido es pésimo al que uno se espera más cuando actuando de buena fe realizas el pago por que siempre pago todo servicio que solicito .

Este establecimiento no debe ser llamado hotel ya que solo son 4 habitaciones en la parte trasera de un restaurante. Anuncian recepción las 24 horas y nos dejaron encerrados toda la noche. Es una irresponsabilidad en caso de urgencia. No cuenta con ningún servicio fuera de la habitación. La relación calidad precio no concuerda

Muy buena ubicación y servicio
Nos hospedamos de última hora, es un hotel pequeño, tranquilo y cómodo para una o dos noches. Su gran ventaja es la ubicación, justo frente al zócalo. El personal es muy amable.
