"A beautiful hotel. The room was lovely, everything was very clean, the pool and spa area were great (we even used the outdoor pool as it was heated!) and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. It was about a 15 minute walk into the very centre of Bath through a nice park and less than 5 minutes in a taxi which we got in the evening. Would definitely recommend."

"Our 4th visit to the Bristol and it was as fabulous as ever. Service is always impeccable rooms immaculate we were upgraded free of charge and had a lovely welcome note chocolates and drinks in our room for my husbands birthday. The beds are really comfortable and rooms have everything you need we love the central location on the river. Overall a lovely stay we will certainly be back "
