"Family wedding in Ft Myers and this unit had everything we could have hoped for!Clean and everything worked as expected. The location was perfect for ceremony and reception however I would suggest that this location would be perfect for a long weekend too! Explore the fine establishments all within walking distance or drive 40 minutes (depending on traffic) to the beach! An extremely reasonable public garage is less than two blocks away. Don’t be afraid of the elevator. It groans and moves slow...

"Perfect for a few days, may not work as well for longer periods of time. Kitchenette is a good description, almost no counter space; host might be able to gain some space by stacking toaster oven atop the microwave. Patio is well-landscaped and comfortable, but has several single steps that are not obvious and lead to falling hazards as these are not marked. Similarly, the entrance gate latch does not work well and the path across the grass is not well-lighted."
