"Travel with a big group. The house we booked were double booked. However, the host managed to upgraded us to different house. As a vietnamese speaker we had good communication and things was solved properly. The area was still under construction most of them but it is a nice and quite place. Recommend."

"I recommend this property where we have just spent 10 days . The location is great, very calm : by motobike, it's was easy to go to the beaches and to the little Town nearby. "Very spacious property, and the beach is just 20 feet away. We were impressed. Too bad that we couldnt go to the beach due to the storm. Lan, the host, is very nice and very responsive. Due to the storm on the island, we couldnt stay the full 3 nights. Host offered us credit for whatever days we have left behind. Its a pleasing suprise since we didnt expect it. "I am glad that I picked the right place for a last minute booking. My previous booking did not confirm. It’s a family run small operation by the beach and it’s walkable to the main road, where you find everything including a bus stop for those free EV buses to airport! Gorgeous Stay

"Excellent stay, lovely hotel, gorgeous pool, nice food. Night market was about 10 min by grab. I was deciding whether to stay in town but glad we went with Dusit. By the way the Vercilles Mud Baths are right next door & was fabulous & Salinda Resort is on other side of Baths. I didnt know this when deciding out of the 2 hotels."

"At the outset- Pullman Phu Quoc has a wonderful staff I cannot remember all names ( but all the staff are kind empathetic and accommodating) To name a few An, Nhi,Hong Than at the restaurant , Nhi at reception, the manager himself and also the Nurse Our kid fell ill during the trip the nurse came to the room and also came with us to the clinic outside the resort for more than 4-5 hours . Stayed and helped us all the way during our stay The staff sent the breakfast to our room as we could not go to breakfast ( freshly prepared vegetarian food ) The manager even sent our kid a get well soon with fresh fruits The facilities are also good ( we could not do justice) the beach swimming pool the splash area for kids , the kids club , free bicycle , I might have missed out something but will definitely recommend and also come back in the future"
