"You won’t be disappointed staying at the Dusit Princess. The staff are warm and friendly. The staff are always checking to see if you need information or suggestions of where to visit. The Thai restaurant delivers great food and the pool and bar was a most welcome place to relax by. Rooms were spacious and clean. A free shuttle bus to the airport was also well received after a long flight. I highly recommend a stay here and “My” the customer service manager was so lovely and accommodating. "

"At the outset- Pullman Phu Quoc has a wonderful staff I cannot remember all names ( but all the staff are kind empathetic and accommodating) To name a few An, Nhi,Hong Than at the restaurant , Nhi at reception, the manager himself and also the Nurse Our kid fell ill during the trip the nurse came to the room and also came with us to the clinic outside the resort for more than 4-5 hours . Stayed and helped us all the way during our stay The staff sent the breakfast to our room as we could not go to breakfast ( freshly prepared vegetarian food ) The manager even sent our kid a get well soon with fresh fruits The facilities are also good ( we could not do justice) the beach swimming pool the splash area for kids , the kids club , free bicycle , I might have missed out something but will definitely recommend and also come back in the future"

"The Salinda is an outstanding hotel, from the cleanliness, staff and service. The hotel grounds are immaculate. Breakfast is plentiful, the best we’d had in Vietnam. I would recommend anyone to stay here. "
