"Our stay at Palais Amador was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived we were treated with wonderful hospitality and a warm welcome from the lovely family who run the business. The property is a complete oasis with nothing being too much hassle for the team on site. The food was delicious with ingredients from the garden and the rooms were spotless and very comfy. The facilities are fantastic with a great spa and gym and immaculate gardens. Transport to and from Marrakech and the airport was seamless and efficient. I couldn’t recommend staying at this wonderful property more and I can’t wait to come back again soon. "

"We had the all inclusive holiday for 5 days. I feel like I want to stay longer as we didn’t do a lot of day tours because we enjoy the resort much. Staff are very nice, accommodating, and friendly. There are a lot of options in the menu and some you could see being prepared in front of you. The cocktails/ drinks while watching the outdoor show is really nice. There are snack bars in every pool side. Its very easy to get a transport if you plan to go outside the resort as there loads by the gate. Just be careful as drivers tend to ask for a higher price. "We stayed at The Source for 2 nights in April 2025. We are a family of 6 and booked 3 twin rooms. The first thing to say about the hotel, is that it is obviously owned by someone, or by a group of people, who know what quality looks like. The hotel looks exactly like the photos, It is a boutique hotel with some fantastic touches and facilities. The buildings, the pool, the Spa, and the gardens, are all fantastic. Tasteful, well designed, and incredibly well maintained. However, in stark contrast to the appearance, the management of this hotel is very very poor. I would summarise it by saying that the guest services team is a. absent, b. takes no ownership for the client experience, and c. lacks any empathy for what a client may expect when booking and staying in a property like this one. As soon as we checked in, there were clues all around that the management was not engaged in the client experience. We saw guests being poorly served and becoming frustrated, numerous gaps in the organisation, some of which were explained away by the fact that the hotel 'had just hosted a wedding', and an on-site team that looked tired and disinterested. The biggest challenge with our own stay, was the checkout. We were leaving early for a 10.50am flight, and discussed the arrangements with the reception the day before. We agreed that we would order a taxi at 8am, for an 8.30am collection. Sounds easy? You would think so, but for some reason the reception failed to mention that they woul"

"Our favorite stay yet! We had the most incredible stay at the Cle Del Sol. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful and made us very comfortable. Rooms were excellent and always clean, food was excellent and very authentic (also great portions). It was a quick taxi to the local gardens. We cannot wait to return to this absolute gem of an oasis. "

"This is actually a really great hotel. It's far enough out of the centre to have reasonable air quality (a major problem in central areas of Marrakesh), although this means you need a car/taxi to get into town. Lovely, tranquil landscaped setting. The pool was warm enough for a pleasant swim at the start of December. Food in the restaurant is really good. Good breakfast, too. Pleasant, friendly staff. A good choice for Marrakesh!"
