"Great Resort! Very welcoming staff and great hospitality!!! From the pool guy Said / the luggagiste guy Youssef, they went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service!!! This resort have Great food options for breakfast/ lunch / dinner ! Even gluten free options !! I would like to commend Jamal who works at the moroccan restuarant/ breakfast bar- he demosrates world class customer service , my daughter who has gluten intolerance ,but Jamal went above and beyond in breakfast / dinner to make sure she has food options gluten free to choose from pasta / toast/ …my daughter and I were very impressed by Jamal world class customer service!!! Please pass along this compliment to Jamal/ Reda/Morad/ Said/ Youssef and the rest of your staff, they are truly great assets to your company and they demonstrate world class customer service !!! "Perfect from start to finish. The whole team did everything they could to make sure our stay was memorable. Take up the offer of transfers from the airport, make sure you dine at the rooftop at least once for dinner. Our room was spotless , spacious and very comfortable . Perfect location for both the square and souks . Thank you for such a wonderful few days . "

"We arrived at this property exhausted as we flew over night from Canada. We were greeted warmly with tea, dates and cookies. The amenities were all well described to us and we were acknowledged by all the staff. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with homemade shampoo, conditioners and body wash. We had fresh fruit in our room as well. The food in the restaurant was amazing so fresh, beautifully prepared and the service was outstanding. We enjoyed dinner music, tea, and a serene environment. Every need was attended to quickly and often before we knew we needed it. We had special service from Jalil who served most of our meals and made us beautiful tea and served it perfectly. Yousef jumped quite literally for anything we needed. It was the best experience in a hotel I have had. I would recommend to anyone visiting the incredible city of Marrakech to stay here and embrace the wonderful people. Thank you for making this experience so special. "

"Highly recommended. Great communication before and during my stay, all of the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, the riad is clean and beautiful, the location can’t be beat—maybe 50 steps from Jemaa El-Fnaa square, but a quiet and calm oasis where you can escape the frenetic energy of the square. The breakfast was also very good, and is served on a lovely roof deck. If I had to find a negative, I would say that the rooms are compact—but it’s a riad, so you should go in expecting that. The bed and bathroom were plenty large, and there was also ample storage space, so it wasn’t really an issue. I spent over 2 weeks going from place to place every day in Morocco, and Riad Marraplace was by far my favorite lodging."
