"The dorm room was very comfortable clean and a good location can take a cheap Uber or cab into the city easily! However I was there for five nights and no one replaced my toilet paper or gave new towels or seemingly did any maintenance! Maybe you need to ask them for this but I would assume hotels in other parts of the world are the same where they come daily to maintain. I’m from the USA and a maid comes in everyday normally. I did not appreciate Hotels.com advising that in my itinerary that parking was free when in fact it was 18€ per day, (total of 54€), payable to the hotel at the end of our stay.
