"The house was very clean and cozy. The lights were on when we arrived later than expected. We appreciated the water, snacks and coffee. My young adult sons forgot their toiletries so they appreciated the toothbrushes and toothpaste/ shampoo etc! The lighted patio/deck was a great place to visit before we headed out to Billy Bobs. Next time we visit the Stock Yards, we will definitely stay here again! "

"Great location for attending a function downtown FW. Everything inside the house was clean and squared away. Plenty of shower towels, and a supply of soft drinks, water, and coffee. Very easy check in/out process and great communication with property owners. "

"This was such a beautiful stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the view is amazing. Our dogs had an absolute blast. I would recommend bringing fans for every room. The ac's juat cant keep up in this heat. Im thankful we already had a fan with us. It would have benn misreable without the extra help. Other than, that, we adore this place and would definitely come back!"

"We loved this property. The house was super cute and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The view was serene (the lake is down quite a bit but does NOT affect the view or the enjoyment of the property). There was a playscape and plenty of toys for my granddaughter, to our surprise and delight! The host was very quick to respond. We could not have had a better experience. "

"This was a great place for our family to all come together to celebrate a fiftieth wedding anniversary. We had three generations and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The host was very quick to respond to any question that we had. The only problem we had was the internet connection would come and go so the streaming TV would buffer a lot at times. Also, the listing boasts that it has 15 beds and can sleep up to 25 people, but there is an additional $10 per person fee...
