Lots of restaurant options once you get to Bulvar also, and easy transportation via taxi or limousine. I would recommend views to the old city (Icherisheher), as the sea view rooms also face a busy street in the front. From the back, you can see the ancient city, it's quiet, and you have a great view of the Flame Towers. I would try to go to Baku when they're not...

"I enjoyed my stay here. It is walkable to Heydar Aliyev Centre and there are many public transportation options. The breakfast was good and they also offer a buffet lunch for a small price.
